Delicious, quick, and low cal!The pesto gives it both a lot of the good fats as well as a lot of the flavor.
Ingredients:
- whole wheat flat bread
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cubic inch feta
- 6-10 shrimp cooked
- Heat sandwich grill.
- Spread pesto on flat bread and top with the next 3 ingredients.
- Fold flat bread and grill for 3 minutes.
